What is an Anglican?

Anglican is a very old word that means ‘English.’

The Anglican Church of Canada developed from the Church of England. It is part of the Worldwide Anglican Communion, which has about 70 million members.

A good source of Anglican history is Wikipedia, under the title ‘Anglicanism.’

If you want to know more about how we worship at St. George’s, you can call the parish office and leave a message for our minister or you be can bravely try something new and turn up for Church on Sunday.
